Information on Manuscript Submission for ISSTT2013 proceedings and IEEE TST papers

We intend to have two options for manuscript submissions. First, a paper of up to 10 pages can be submitted for inclusion in the online ISSTT2013 proceedings maintained by the National Radio Astronomy Observatory. Second option is to submit the paper for review and possible publication in a special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology (IEEE TST), January 2014.

Please indicate as soon as possible but definitely before 25th of August 2013 by sending e-mail message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. the intention of doing so.

We need at least

12

papers to have special issue.

If authors choose to submit to IEEE TST, they should submit two versions of their paper: a 5-10 page in-depth paper for peer review by IEEE TST, and a 2-4 page summary paper to be included in the ISSTT online proceedings. More than 60% must be original for IEEE TST papers and the contents should not be just progress reports or review of programs. These will be reviewed according to the same criteria as all IEEE TST submissions.

Manuscript submissions are due

October 1, 2013

, for ISSTT2013 online proceedings and

August 25, 2013

for IEEE TST. We will send instruction for submitting to IEEE TST when sufficient people will enlist themselves by e-mail.
